Everytime I sit in my Infiniti it puts a smile on my face. I love driving this car. I only wish it would perform better in the snow. Also, I never thought I would like a convertible, but I love driving with the top down. I love the body of the car. It's style reminds me of a car from a James Bond movie, sleek and fast. The interior is very comfortable and all controls are easy to reach. Love everything about this car.

Super fast and fun car to drive, but the constant rattles from the hardtop are unacceptable for a car at this price range. When I bring it in for service, they tell me that this is a common complaint from g37 convertible owners.

My car is a real pleasure to drive

This is such a luxurious ride but when I need the performance, it is definitely there. I love it when I see people admiring my car; it really is a beauty! I love showing people the way the convertible tops operates; truly amazing to watch! I also love the sound system in my G and really enjoy it cranked up on the way to work in the morning. I really like being able to burn my CD's to the built-in hard drive and not having to keep my CD's in the car. When the daily radio chatter gets to be too much, I switch to my Satellite Radio and enjoy my favorite channels.

As an owner of a 03' M45, which I decided to keep, I can tell you that this is a fun car to drive. Whether on the open highway where you ride in comfort or on the back roads and mountains this car is just what the doctor ordered. The only thing the M has over the G is the V8 power, but then the top doesn't go down on the M. The only hardtop convertible that turns heads both with the top down and up.

Other than being a little small, this a great car. It is alot of fun to drive, and I cannot wait for warmer weather to put the hardtop down. The sport model that I have is almost as much as an manual shift as I have the padels to shift with. I have had many sports cars including many Corvettes. but this car is just as neat. It runs great and looks great. What more could you want from a car?

Car is fun to drive, but has too many rattles, especially when top is closed.
Seat belt tensioner is poorly designed as will not tighten properly when disengaged, thus frequently interfering with door closing.
Has a very hard ride.

Infiniti and Beyond! Never want to stop driving it!
January 30, 2010
Keywords: Fun to drive, Interior Design
I have the G37X Hard Top Convertible Bloomingdale Edition. The red leather seats make this car. An absolute blast to drive when the roof is down! Faster than I thought it would be, always getting challenged to race! Only recommendations: Fix the seatbelt feed, the seatbelt doesn't retract all the way and gets stuck between the door and seat and made indentations on the side of my door. Tires, really rough ride at times, filling with them with air alot. The interior of the car is Rosewood and is absolutely beautiful. Infiniti has the best consoles around....Luxury in a Sports car.....I would live in my car if I could.

-The controls for the homelink should be backlit so at night you can see where they are. Also, it would be better to located these somewhere else other than on the rearview mirror. I always tend to move the mirror when using the homelink to open the garage door. Would be better next to the cabin lights or on the visor. -Storage with the top down is simply non-existent. Some improvements here would go a long way to make this car a much more mainstream. -Front seatbelts are hard to reach when not constrained by their holder. The seat belts must be removed from their holder when entering/exiting the rear seats. A more convienent configuration is required (like putting the seat belts in the seats themselves).

MyG37 and Me

Keywords: Fun to drive, Handling, Comfort
My G37 has been w/me for 3 weeks & it's been fun. We've been on a couple of road trips & it really is a fine grand touring car in the traditional sense. In the early 90s, I had a supercharged Mercury Cougar - high performance and very comfortable. This car reminds me of that car, maybe not as aggressive as the supercharged C - but fun none the less. Some features to make a good car even better: The ability to have auto driving lights like the Mercedes Extenders on the sunvisors. Sunvisors - too short, do not offer protection when sun is coming in from the driver's window. Radio control on steering wheel, more logical for the volume to be the up/down toggle and to toggle left/right to change channels. A left foot rest for the driver needed.

Best car I've ever owned!
January 27, 2010
Keywords: Quality, Power
My friends constantly joke with me because ever I have purchased a different brand car outright every 2-4 years since 2000. I've gotta tell you I don't think I will ever switch out of Infiniti again. My 2009 Infiniti G convertible is my latest purchase. I love the styling inside and out, the comments from others and the power is simply amazing. My last car was a Mustang GT and my Infiniti would kill it in a race.
This is definitely a car that I feel has been built for me. When I bought the car I joked that the only reason I bought the car was for the air conditioned seats. It was a joke but that is still one of my favorite options.
